Right now in British Columbia, we are  running a real-time experiment with the provision of unwitnessed opioids to addicts. We are flooding the streets with high-potency, pharmaceutical-grade drugs that we know are being sold to unintended recipients. This measure has been underway since covid, and the results are disastrous.

This is a story created and told by youth about this important issue in Victoria. In Unwitnessed we talk to a front-line worker who is also a parent worried about his teenage kids. We talk to the kids and hear first-hand stories from the high schools where youth are becoming addicted.
